My blood pressure was 140 88 from the stress and sickness. Yesterday and today my blood sugar was 135 or almost fifty points higher than normal. The stress is the factor because i ate no sugar or carbs other than under five grams of carbs.
I never had high blood pressure until about 1 1 2 to 2 years ago i m now 49 1 2 then suddenly it increased. A year ago it would be around 130 95 or the like. Both my gp and nephrologist noted it being high but didn t suggest any blood pressure medication just diet exercise.
At my wellness check 2 weeks ago my bp was high for the 1st time. About 150 105 on one of the machines. Doc wrote up med s since i don t smoke and walked out.
Follow up in a month. I haven t started them and have been tracking at home with a mixed bag of readings. Hi i m 52 with high blood pressure its been brought down from 180 90 to around 145 80 when i was first diagnosed i was cycling to work and recreationally.
